Just wondering what veggies everyone in the UK feeds their piggies? I've only had mine a week and I've tried them on a little cabbage, broccoli, apple and carrots so far. The only thing they seem to like is carrot and I know not to feed it too much. Have read some other posts on the subject but some of the american veggies seem to be called different things over here. Was going to try lettuce but I've read warnings that too much and some varities can be harmful (in a book I bought) and maybe peppers but I was wondering if the sweet peppers mantioned were just ordinary peppers like we get here.

My piggies are just babies so maybe they will grow out of being so fussy but if anyone could tell me what they feed their piggers on a daily basis I would be very thankful.

Hi Laura! I'm a fellow brit also called Laura, funnily enough!

My pigs have a daily diet of:

Romaine Lettuce
Lollo Rosso lettuce
A lettuce mix containing escarole, frisee and raddichio (and sometimes red chard).
Red and green peppers
A baby carrot each
Handful of coriander

Every 2-4 days, they get parsley, babycorn and a few other things which I can't remember at the moment!
