I've heard of this pellet brand before, but they've recently released a new formula with even more grasses. Found a pretty awesome European pellet
It's German but shipping is reasonable & available to many EU countries.

AW I wish I didn't live in USA I would love to try those.
 
I believe fescue can be dangerous because of a fungus. I searched it and it looks like the fungus mostly found in the U.S., but there have been cases of fescue toxicity in parts of southern Europe. I don't know if it's imported in those cases though.
 
Maybe an expert can weigh in, but I'd be a little concerned about the oat bran, sunflower seed, and corn ingredients. Those are listed right below the timothy and I believe I read somewhere that grains and seeds are both undesirable for guinea pigs.

At least timothy is listed near the top of the ingredient list. I sympathize with folks living outside the US who have trouble finding adequate food and vets for their guinea pigs!
