Floor Time

I have just now been able to let our gp's have free roaming floor time. I put them in a room about 10'x10' and i put a childs gate at the doorway and they can't get out. I f they mess it is easy to clean because it has vinyl on the floor. They seem to like exploring the room. I will eventually put them in different roomsto keep them happy.

Try adding lots of hidey houses, and tunnels. Hide veggies, too.

That's nice, my piggies never seemed to like floor-time.
I love your cage, but only a small suggestion; when you buy a new bag of food, don't buy the muesli-mix kind of feed anymore but plain pellets. They are better for the pigs because they don't have seeds in them and pigs don't get to pick what they get to eat.

Thanks someone else said that too. When I bought their new pellets all I bought was the pellets not the mix. I thank you because I need a lot of help. When I was a kid and had gp's it was completely different. It didn't matter what you fed them. but that has been a while.

There are so much fun things to learn about piggies. I only have my pigs from december and I have learned so much from then on. I found GuineaLynx (https://guinealynx.info/) and this forum one of the most helpful resources.
