Floor time

Ok, I had to change my cage around a little. It was 2*5 but now I've made it 2*4. So how long should floor time be?

I think min 1 hour of floor time daily is necessary no matter the GPs are keep in what size of cage.

does the size of floor time space affect in any way?

Ex: they will live in a 2x3 cage during the day and have 40 sq feet to play in during floor time. how long will their floor time need to be?
