I don't think I can do both. My livingroom is the only place that is clean enough or big enough to give sufficient floor time. BUT that is where Chewbacca's quarintine cage is. Would it be better to not give my pigs their daily floortime or to let them run around near Chewie? Chewie looks perfectly healthy, beautiful full coat no scratching no anything diffrent from his soon to be pals. So help me out please!

Is Chewie's cage on the floor? Or on a table?

You need to keep the new pig in a separate room away from your current pigs. If you let Chewie near your other pigs or vise versa then the quarantine period will be out the window. Dagwell, remember piggies are very good at hiding illnesses, even mites, thus the reason for quarantine for 3 weeks. If you want to give atticus and dagwell floor time in the living room then move chewies cage to a different room until floortime is over or find a different room such as the kitchen or bathroom to give floortime. Chewie may look perfectly healthy but that doesn't mean that he is.

I can't move the quarintine cage anywhere. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment. That has a big-ish living room. The kitchen or the bathroom are smaller than their cage dagwell and atticus's cage.

Right now thought quarantine is going to be more important than floortime. If you give them cuddle time/lap time outside of the cage that is better than nothing at all. If atticus and dagwell are in your bedroom, maybe you could give them time out of the cage in your room and give chewie floortime in the living room.

well you could always take Chewie in the kitchen and put dagwell and atticus in the living room and just leave Chewies in the room.

Well the solution seems easy. Get your butt in gear, clean and piggy proof your room. Or are you just going to keep coming up with excuses?

I think the easiest thing would be to forget floor time. Just have lap time till quarantine is finished. That would solve all your problems. They can live without floor time which you have none anyway for a few weeks.

thanks pennick, you know, for actually answering my question.
But when I was at school my mom gave the boys floortime in the livingroom.

Is the quarintine blown?(so you know this is my question not the stuff above.)

Whats the difference at this point. Whats done is done. Just wait and see. More than likely they are okay. Dont worry about it, it wont do you any good. Just keep them out till quarantine is over.

Keep them in another room. How long has quarantine been so far?

I'm sorry if I sounded a bit harsh. I didn't feel I was. I offered several solutions but it seemed that my advice was ignored or more excuses were given. If it had been my son with the same question he would have gotten the same answer as I gave you dagwell. I even expressed that quarantine is more important than floortime if it is the only solution. I do apologize if I offended you for that was not my intention.
