Play Floor time needed w/ increased cage size

I currently house my 4 female guinea pigs in a 7X2 C&C cage (about 20 sq ft). I found this setup very manageable in regards to cleaning and overall care.

The only thing I am struggling with at the moment is regular floor time due to my work schedule and some personal issues at the moment which are taking up a lot of time.

I was considering increasing their cage to be 7X3 (or about 30 sq ft). If I were to do this would the guinea pigs be okay w/ floor time only once or twice a week?

You can only do what you can do with floor time. Four pigs in a large cage are apt to get a good bit of exercise chasing each other around, so I wouldn't worry about it.
