Thank you! I have a JoAnn's right down the street, and I was just thinking about switching to fleece. Rock on, I will be there tomorrow. :cheerful:

Darn it! I would really love a ton of fleece. I have discovered that if I had enough to use over the wood pellets in all of my rescue cages, I could cut my bedding costs in half! Unforutnaltely, I don't have the funds right now to get fleece. Nor is there a JoAnn's around here that I know of . . .

I went there and got some fleece today. Apparently, there is only about 3 yds per bolt, and the chick that was cutting mine said that I could have the last .5 yard for half off! (I only needed 2.5 yards) Of course, I took it.

I found Fleece at Walmart for $2 a yard yesterday. It was on their sale table. They had tons of it. They only had one color/pattern but for my Pigs it was perfect. It's pink and says "Lil Brats" all over it. I got a few yards because at that price I have a ton extra to replace old fleece and it will make it easier to change fleece since I have so much on hand now.

I guess I'm lucky, My sister is the Fabrics department manager at our Walmart. She lets me know when fleece hits the dollar rack. I have never paid more than a dollar a yard for fleece. Okay, mostly it is solid colors, but occasionally I can get holiday patterns for that price. Sometimes she will even go ahead and buy it for me if it is a particularly good color or pattern. I have 7 different pieces that I can alternate between. That means clean, fresh fleece everyday of the week.
