Hi, I had a question. I currently use fleece, incontinence pads and a quilted bedding as layers in my cage. I was wondering if it would be okay to put baking soda on the incontinence pads before putting the fleece ontop. There is no way that the pigs can get to it since the whole 3 layers are safety-pinned together.

Since the pigs won't be directly ontop of the baking soda and it's basically in the incontinence pads, I thought it would be okay. And also since they can't get to it.

I actually was just talkin about this on the bedding thread as I was having problems with the fleece smelling. As long as the pigs cant get to the baking soda its fine to use.

What are incontinence pads ?

Incintinence pads are blue with a cotton film lining the plastic is on the bottom. they are use alot on nursing homes and hospitals. I use them under my daughters sheets in case of a accident.
