Fleece Bedding

I was wondering if I could use a fleece sheet as bedding instead of Carefresh. Will it harm their nails and be uncomfy for them? Should I put a towel underneath the sheet to catch anything as well?

Fleece is a wonderful bedding. Put 2 or 3 layers of newspaper underneath and it will be fine. They'll love it.

I have a hard time with fleece. I just switched to it today. I am considering switching back to aspen or something.

Oh no, fleece is great. What went wrong slap? It's tidier, easier to clean and cheaper. Less chance of impaction too

I gave up on fleece. It just didn't stay clean long enough and I got tired of it stinking up my washer.
