My dog went on a run and brought home fleas. I have found tiny black fleas on the dog. I gave her a bath, but the pigs are scrathing at themselves now. Is there a flea shampoo that I could use on them?

Flea shampoos cannot be used on guinea pigs. It is toxic and may kill them.

Get topical ivermectin or Revolution.

Now here could be something intresting.
Does anyone know about Tea Tree (Melaluca) Shampoo for piggies?
I have have used it in the past for my cats and dogs to get rid of fleas, and while it wont kill eggs, it will get rid of live fleas.

I would ask a vet to make sure any shampoo you use is safe for your pig.

I don't have the money to buy advantage right now, and my guinea has been really itchy. Our dog had fleas so I think he may have dropped some eggs and they have migrated to my guinea. I have tea tree oil and the melaluca soap, would i be able to use either?

I don't believe either of these treatments has been shown to be safe or effective, but I could be wrong. I suggest talking to a vet about them before use.

Proper treatments are really not all that expensive. Left untreated, external parasites can cause major problems in guinea pigs. I suggest you start an emergency vet fund ASAP. Medical emergencies in pigs can easily cost hundreds of dollars, and pets rely on their owners for proper care when they need it.

This is the first hit I got on google shopping. Dosing information can be found on this page. Remember to not buy anything but Advantage. Other flea treatments are toxic to pigs.
