I have heard that people feed thier rabbits and guinea pigs sticks from fruit trees. Is this true, is it ok?
If it's ok what types of fruit trees are ok? We have a few and I have been wondering if it was ok to give the rabbits and guinea pigs some of the sticks to chew on.
Thanks Dee

I know that you can feed apple branches. Give it a go, many guinea pigs and rabbits dont seem to like them and mainly just sniff them and walk away ( I know mine do). Some piggies like them others dont.

They dont really need them, its not really a treat and they wont ''eat'' them mainly just chew.

Apple sticks are safe as long as they are pesticide and chemical free. Do NOT give them cherry, peach, apricot, or plum sticks.

I bought some at the pet store awhile back. One of my boys likes to play with them, but the other one just ignores them.
