I absolutely LOVE Nicholas Cage! I'm also a big Brad Pitt fan, not only is he hot but he is an excellent actor ("Kalifornia"). I really like the guy from "The Transporter", can't remember his name though. I really like Thomas Jane too. There are many more but those are my top ones.

These are in no particular order. But these are the actors where, if they're in a movie, I'll go see it, because I expect the movie to be awesome if they're in it, OR I expect them to do a good job.

Edward Norton, Brad Pitt, Vince Vaughn, Owen Wilson, Ben Stiller, Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom, Will Ferrell, Richard Harris, Ewan McGregor, Ian Mckellan, Alan Rickman, Mel Gibson (to an extent), and Tom Hanks.

There are more, but I forget some. =P They pop up whenever I see a preview and go, "OOO! He's in it! I HAVE to see it!!! *jumps up and down*"

Is this actors only, or can we list actresses as well? I've only got one actress that I really like - Natalie Portman. Nicole Kidman sometimes, too. =)
