One of my piggy pairs is matched perfectly by personality, but not by size; Charlie is svelte, and Amber is very chubby. She came from her old owner that way, having lost her companion and stopped exercising, despite having a pretty large cage. Now, the two of them have ample exercising opportunities, but Amber hasn't slimmed down much. I'm considering reducing the amount of pellets I feed them, but is it possible Charlie will end up undernourished?

They only need 1/8-1/4 cup of pellets per pig per day.

With adult pigs you can cut down to a pellet free diet. You need to provide more veggies, and make sure hay is always availble.

Should I then supplement with vitamin C tablets, since they won't be getting it from the pellets (I use Oxbow)?

If you want to supplement them with the Oxbow tablets there is no harm in that. Mine particularly like them.
