I posted a while back about my three adolescent boars (5 months, 6 months, and 8 months), about how they were constantly having dominance displays, and wasn't sure if I should separate. Well, we built them a bigger cage, it's a 3x5, with one of the cubes being one high and the others are 2 high, so lots of space, they each have their own stuff, etc.

But Rainbow, the one in between ages, has been instigating full on fights with the other two pigs, teeth chattering and lunging, flying at them, leaping in the air fighting. Right now he's mostly easy to distract, I go over to the cage and open the door and they all run up wanting food, and that seems to settle him down for a bit, but sooner or later he goes back to picking fights.

What at should the next steps be? We can't give them anymore room, there isn't anywhere we can expand to anymore. Should I try bathing them all together? Total clean out and reintroduction? Or is it best to separate when a pig is attacking with the intent to harm the others?

From what I have seen on this forum, boys will be boys. Three don't always get along.
The standard advice is - don't spearate unless there is blood, don't have hideys with only one entrance and use multiple food/hay/water dishes and bottles.
Baths sometimes work, so sure, give it a try.

The bath is a good idea. I don't think reintroduction will help, it may just add stress. Do you have enough hideys in the cage so they don't get territorial?

They are just at that age, nothing is really going to help. Don't have enclosed hidies, fleece forest are great. Hay piles and food in separate areas too. Unless blood is drawn, do not separate. You will keep going through this as they age, unless you find yourself with some boars who do not want to be dominate. My brothers had to broken up, they both wanted to dominate.
