Edging for Coroplast

A sign maker told me there is edging for coroplast. At hardware stores they have aluminum sheeting material, foam core, and other stuff similar to coroplast, and for this they have edging. This fits right onto the coroplast. Coroplast can be very sharp at the edges, and wire fencing the same. Something to think about if you want a finished look, or somethind safer around kids. Of course you can always use sand paper.

The coroplast I cut isn't sharp at all, but thanks for the tip as to the potential hazard. What are these made of? I'd just use plastic portfolio spines.

yeah my coroplast isnt sharp anywhere. it just fold or bends when something puts preasure on it.

I have lino for my sides and to prevent any chewing I use those plastic portfolio spines mncavylover!

Ok my dear piggies are getting bigger and have been nibbling on the edges of the coroplast so I went to office supply places and looked for those spine things , all they had were packs with like 5 and the report covers. I would of needed lots of them so my husband took me to Menards and we bought "edging" for paneling that you would put up for walls. Its white and looks almost like those spine things. They come 8 foot long and were only $1.98 each. Then I just cut them down to size all the way around....works great. I was so excited and they tried to chew it and can't....lol

That's great Piglet! =) I don't use them, I just recommend them because they aren't sharp, and they're relatively cheap.

Kebboli, I would like to purchase some of the edging you have. What is the edging for? Sheets of wood, sheet rock? I need help so I can find this stuff in home depot hopefully. Any advice greatly appreciated. I only have one piggy who chews and she has actually chewed through the report edge binding I have on their cage at the moment and so I am looking for a replacement.

If you look at the dates, it says that this thread was made on 9/19/04, at 6:57 pm. I believe that he is banned. At least he was. Now I'm not so sure.

Furkids......I went to the paneling dept. in menards and this is the edging for it, its white. Just ask someone , make sure u ask for edging and not the corner stuff....its 8 ft long and looks like that report spine things just 8 foot long. So far I haven't seen even teeth marks on mine so i think its working.
