Does anyone know what this is??

I bought a bail of hay today from a local farmer and throughout the bail there are plenty of these plants. I don't know what they are or if they are safe to feed to my piggies. They are not prickly or anything like that. The branches are a greenish color and they have very little reddish buds/flowers on them.
I tried to load a picture, but each time I resized it, it would go back to its original size which is way too big.

I wouldn't have a clue without seeing a picture. You can always pick those plants out and not give them to the piggers.
