Do you think its just dry skin?

I have noticed on my piggy, I think an abby, the kind with the hair that sticks up, that there is a little area on his skin where her hair is parted that stands up that has what looks like dandruff. The skin is rough, maybe scaley and I was wondering if this is common. I know it is common with humans, what about piggies? At least thats what it looks like.

Yes, a picture would help. Where is this dry patch? Could be mites/lice

I think you should take him to the vet. It could be some kind of fungus.
