Behavior Do Loud noises Make guinea pigs go deaf?

Hi all,
I play the trumpet downstairs (really loudly) and my piggies are up stairs. Can thry hear me and also can they go deaf?
Dont mind the prefix. I couldnt find anything that was related to hearing.
Also,where did you guys buy your scales and for how much?

They won't go deaf from your trumpet.

Scales are widely available at places like Walmart, Target, Amazon, Bed Bath and Beyond, etc. You can get a perfectly good one for $15 or less.

I went to bed bath and beyond and k got a vegetable scale and it works pretty got except it's a little small so I put a hidey on top first press tare so it doesn't count the weight then weigh the piggie with the same hidey and record it.
