Digging???

I just found Fudgy Bananas doing the strangest thing yesterday... she was digging through the bedding at the corners!!! At first I thought she was just playing around but then she went to another corner and started digging again! There's nothing below the bedding (no newspapers or whatever) - just the coroplast... so what is she searching for? Is it normal behavior??

She may be digging so she can get under it, like a hidey house. They love nibbling and hiding.

Weird thing is... she wasn't trying to hide, though. After she dug the bedding so that the coroplast would show, she'd push her behind to the corner and starts to do her business... maybe she doesn't want to do it on the bedding?? Haha...

One of my pigs occasionally digs her cosy stuff...can't imagine why, though!

Maybe provide him with a litter box. I think that the ones from Super Pet work the best, the corner ones.
