Diet Dainty eaters versus "chow hounds" - how to handle

I have two adult girls who put the "pig" in guinea pig. They devour anything put in front of them. I also have a young female in the same cage who is about 3 months old and still growing. (She is the newest member of the family). She is a very dainty eater and most of the time when I put something in front of her, she just looks at it and turns away, and the others end up helping themselves to her food. Sometimes I will put her in floor time by herself or leave her in the cage while the others have floor time and give her some veggies but usually she just leaves them unless I hold her and hand feed her. Lately I've been doing just that just to get her to eat but it's not practical to hand feed her all the time. Otherwise she gets along fairly well with the other two but hasn't really warmed up to them. Does anyone else have this problem with a picky/dainty eater or have any suggestions?
