Cutting grids

Is it possible to cut grids in half at home?

Should be. I would use a heavy duty tool. Airplane scissors might be too light.

Hmm, I used my husbands metal snips for the small wires and his angle grinder for the thicker wires. Granted, these are tools that aren't usually in everyone's tool box.

Wire cutters and a very strong man usually work He had to cut two grids for me. I think he likes the pigs more then he claims he does.

Wire cutters or metal snips should do the trick.

Wire snips work for the inner wires but the outer are too thick. I have a circular saw with a metal cutting blade on it that I use. Bolt cutters will cut through quickly. Like the one at the bottom of the page (broken link removed)

Thank you everyone, I'll try to ask my dad if he can cut them at work. I'm sure he has one of these machines.

On another note, I was reading another forum and they said that carrots can be fed in unlimited quantity, and loads of people agreed. I thought carrots can cause liver damage. Does anybody have any proof of this though?

To much vitamin A can cause serious health problems to piggies so carrots should probably be every other day or so at best just to be safe.
