I adopted two female guinea pig sisters on Monday, today when I picked up one I noticed that her nipples are really long. They are both around 1 1/2 so I don't know if that happens with age or not? Is this a sign of pregnancy?

Like humans, all pigs are different including nipple size. I wouldn't take it to mean anything, they get longer after several pregnancies (had she had babies before you got her?) but I wouldn't take it as a sign of anything. And welcome to your new arrivals!

I have no idea what their living conditions were before they were taken to the humane society. They had them for a couple weeks before I adopted them. I guess I will just wait and see!
