When I purchased my pig Teebo, I orginaly got him a friend on the same day. Unfortunatly this pig was constantly harassed by Teebo, who seemed to be trying to mate with him (even though this other pig was also a boy). The poor piggy was terrified to leave the pigloo because Teebo would head straight for his butt and even when I would try to hold him he made this very terrified noise. After 2 weeks I decided that the other pig would be happier with another family, so I gave him away.
Now that Teebo is older (I got him this past Feb.) I wish that he had a friend to play with, I feel bad for him being along in his cage when all of our other animals have another of thier kind to hang out with. I am just afraid that:
1) if I get a yound pig Teebo could really hurt him
and
2) if I get a pig that is close to Teebos age or older Teebo might still be "confused" and try to mate with him.
Has anyone else had similar problems or could make some suggestions?
