In my Sweet Meadow Farm hay there are clovers- the purple flower like ones. They are brown now. Is this okay for my pigs to eat? I usually pick them out if I see them. I'm not sure if my pigs can have them or not, and I didn't see them in the diet stickie

They probably won't hurt -- all hay has a little something else in it. I'd only pick it out if there are big clumps of it.

Im pretty sure they can have clover, red and white, in small amounts, I used to have a male guinea pig that went nuts for it :)

Clover is high in calcium so I'd feed as little as possible.

Is this what you mean by a red clover?

Just want to clarify sorry. And, so I sure pick them out of the hay?
