Cloudy Eye?

My guinea pig, Buddy, has a cloudy eye and he "cries" when I touch him on that side. I got him a vets appointment on Saturday or Tuesday. Anything I can do in the meantime? thanks!

What do you mean you have a vet's appt on Saturday OR Tuesday? Do you have one set up yet? If not, you'll need to asap. Otherwise, I don't know of anything you can do right now. Check www.guinealynx.info for more info on this.

no clue what it is, but definately go see a vet ASAP. the sooenr you go, the sooner the pig will feel better! : )

Hey guys, thanks 4 the help. I went to a different vet today, (friday) and they gave me meds. Its gotten worse in two hours and they might have to put her to sleep............

I dunno. We'll see tomorrow.

Put her too sleep? oh no!!! I'm so, so, so incredibly sorry. I really hope you wont have to do that to her...what on earth does she have, did the vet say? What could it be thats so serious and she might need to be put to sleep?

Waaaaaaaaa

She might have a severe infection or tumor that is blocking her nasal, and she's having trouble eating. She eats a lot but weighs a total of 1.3 pounds.
