This is the cage i was talking about in the other post. it seems a little dark and that is only because it was raining the evening the picture was taken. Trust me they have plenty of light during the day. I have since removed the screen from the bottem and layed down mac tac on the bottem. Its washable and looks nice if they move the shavings....oh yeah and the garbage bags aren't needed any more either. I added the lock to the cage so that my VERY inquizitive 3 year old daughter can't add "toys" to thier cage, or try to pick them up. The top of the lid is also screen and very sturdy.

wow!! that's a great cage!
did you buy it or build it?
compared to a C&C cage, how big is it?

i build the cage (well hubbie and i built it) and it is 7 feel long and 2.5 feet wide and 20 inches high. we will be adding to it, making the total size, 14 feet long, and "L" shape. Thank you:) it took us about 6 hours to cut, assemble and sand everything.
