Chubby Furlong

I weighed my boys yesterday, and ascot is still 2lb 8. But Furlong has put on weight and he's now over 3lb. Why? They get enough exercise and I feed them the same amount.

Some just are bigger than others, that's all. It's normal. Which is dominant?

That happened to me with my two pigs once. Pebbles weighted a bit more than Cocoa, and he was visibly larger, but they were both their healthy weights. It's just like humans, some are larged than others.

My pigs have weighed between 2lb 8oz and 3lb 4oz full grown - as long as they're active and in good shape, that's what matters. If Bob weighed 3lb 4oz she'd be obese with her frame, but some pigs are just bigger built than others.
