Chinchilla Owners?

I got these pumice stones for free with my Critterstore order. If anyone wants them, pm me your address and I will mail them. I doubt my piggies would like them, im not even sure they are supposed to have them. I heard that chinchillas like them though.

It says the are also for other Pet Rodents why dont you keep them for your pigs?

Just because a package says it's for a certain animal doesn't mean you should use them. Those break up when animals chew on them, so your pig would be prone to swallowing little pieces of pumice. Personally, I'd just throw them away. Actually, I did throw them away the couple of times that Critter Store stuck some in my package.

Okay, thanks. I wasn't sure since I thought someone on here said that chinchillas like them. I will just toss them then.

Chinchillas will chew on just about anything. I can't imagine that a pumice stone is the best thing for them to chew on, though.

Darn...I didn't think of using them to make my feet smooth. I promptly threw mine out when I received my last order. Oh well...maybe next time. Nah, I'll likely forget by then.
