Can't fill out Biography page on my account? Get weird notification?

Hello, i recently signed up for a account and i wanted to fill out my biography page but once i fill everything out and click submit changes a notification pops up sating that i put an invalid birthday, but there isn't an option for a birthday so i am confused.. I signed up for an account using facebook. can anyone help?

Also, how do you post a blog??? I am so confused, i don't see an option to start one?

I think you have to be here a while before you can have a blog, but I'm not sure how long. Maybe 30 days? Someone who knows will come along and let you know.
