my guinea pig can't bite down on sticks of food for example carrot or pepper strips she also just can't eat hard foods like carrots at all and I'm not sure what to do about it. she seems to be swallowing food fine but just can't bite down on it.. my other guinea pig can eat perfectly fine as well (their both female).

How old is she? What's her diet like?

She could very well have a condition called malocclusion, which if left unchecked will almost certainly be fatal. If I were you, I'd get her in to see an exotic vet ASAP.

Whatever it is, a guinea pig that isn't eating is a guinea pig that is dying. They constantly need food moving through their gut.

she is around 2 and a half years old she usually eat hay from farms, store bought treat and food and I usually feed them veg daily which consists of lettuce, pepper, carrot and maybe some fruits like grapes strawberries bananas and Apples.. I'm looking into a vet asap as well but there's not exotic/small animal vet open today hopefully over the weekend I'll get her an appointment.

I also forgot to mention, when I got home from school I was monitoring her and she was able to eat her hay comfortably she just was unable to bite down on the pepper stick, I might have just overreacted and she could find eating sicks of veg difficult. I'm still taking her to the vet for a checkup anyway.
