Yes, they can. But I believe it causes gas, I may be wrong. It needs to be fed it limited amounts.

Cabbage is definitely NOT just like lettuce. You can give it to your piggy a couple times a week in small quantities. Cabbage, brocolli, and brussel sprouts (to name a few in this category) can cause bad problems with gas for your piggy which can require a vet's attention, so it's best to give smaller amounts of these. Many members have also noticed that these gas producing veggies also make their pig's pee have a stronger or strange odor.
