Ok, I found a source of coroplast for 15 dollars, which I feel is a good deal. Now, how do I get it home? If I roll it there, and tape, will it fit in the back seat of my ford escort? Or could I put the front seat reclined back and lay it on the front seat at an angle? Help!

Yes! You should be able to fit the coroplast rolled and taped in the backseat.I just did the very same thing last week.I have an sx2.0 (new version of Neon) it's about the same size car as yours.
