Hey all,
So last night, I'm laying in bed on my phone with my bedroom light off and I noticed some weird noises coming from the guinea pig cage (which is next to the wall opposite me in my room) so I turned my phone's flashlight on to see what was going on. I noticed my pig, Cece, was up on the top part and as the light was shining, she freaked out and ran into a corner, standing on her hind legs. After a second of that, she freaked out even more and JUMPED over the cage siding and tumbled into the bottom part of the cage. I immediately ran and turned my bedrooms light on to make sure she was okay, and she is. She's completely normal but something spooked her enough for her to be able to actually jump (or maybe quickly climb) out of at least 1 ft tall C&C cage siding. Does anyone know if it was the light that caused this?? She's never acted like that before and it honestly freaked me out pretty good. Any insight or help is greatly appreciated!
