Reference Cage: Fleece Forest

I made one today. I don't have a c&c cage but I loved the idea and really wanted to try and find a way.

I used the back and top sides of a cardboard box and decorated it with fleece strips around the side and front. I then cable tied the back to the wire I use on the cage.

It's not as sturdy as the ones in a c&c I'm sure but it works and Dandelion and Clover seem to have made it their new permanent residence.

Umleila, for future refernce, put

after it. That will tell the page to display your image instead of just the URL.

Thought I'd share how I decided to do the fleece forests for my 4 boys. I tried the original forest but soon grew tired of tying and untying for washing. I take a fleece that is about 2 grid long and 1 grid wide. I then fold it in half so it's the size of a grid. I cut 9 stripes stoping about a 1/2 inch(or 1 inch) from the fold. I can then drape it over the grid and have a bunch of fleece trees without all the tying. I just pull it off to wash and that makes my life so much easier:crazy:! Here is a picture of what it looks like in the cage
