Cage Dimensions

I am going to build a 2X4 cage. I found a table the other day to put it on, but I'm not sure it will be big enough. Can someone measure the outside dimensions of a 2X4 cage for me. Thanks!

By "2x4 cage" do you mean a cavy cage that is 2 grids by 4 grids? If yes, then I can help. I just built a 2gridx4grid cavy cage yesterday, which by the way was pretty easy to make! Outside measurements for mine are 31"x59.5". I used the 14" grids from Target.

If you are adding a cover to yours, you may have to allow a little more on all sides depending on the size and style of the cover.
