Tip Title
Cutting Zip Ties
Your Tip
I was having a hard time cutting zip ties with scisors. So I went rummaging through my dads tool box and found these "shears". They cut through zip ties so easily. There is also a retractable blade for cutting the coroplast which works well too.
Where did you get the idea?

I use wire cutters and they make everything so much easier!

My husband gave me some wire cutters too and it is so easy.

Sometimes I use wire cutters but they don't get the whole tail off. I like using large human nail clippers. They get the whole tail off and don't leave anything left to poke us or the pigs.

They are pretty similar to wire cutters, I will have to try the nail clippers to get the pointy edge off.

I have used a craft knife for very tight zip-ties. I put the blade on
top of the tie between the grids and give it a little sawing motion and
it pops apart. I think a razor blade would work too.

Thanks Wiggles for the tip! I use something like this. Also, thanks Lissie for the nail clipper idea - I'll have to try that.
