Um I was wondering what kinds of solutions are good for cleaning the pigs cages?

I use vinegar and water. Works great!

Ya I use that too I was wondering if there were any other ones?

A 50-50 vinegar/water solution is the best. For tough stains you can use straight vinegar. You can use a 90% water/10% bleach solution as well.

For tough spots you can also use straight vinegar.

Wait, we use vinegar and water to clean what? The cubes of the C&C or the chloroplast?

You should wipe down the coroplast every week with something, preferably the vinegar or bleach solution.

Won't the smell be too strong for the cavy? How long should we wait before putting in new bedding and putting the cavy back?

Usually after I clean the coroplast with vinegar I dry it off completely and by the time I add the bedding over it there is no noticeable smell. Vinegar is the best cleaner for things having to do with animals. It kills as many germs as bleach and is nontoxic. It also dissolves urine stains great since it's so acidic. You can even use it on fish tanks without worry about left over residue killing your fish.
