Cage Almost Done, But I'm Stuck!

So the cage is almost done, and it is looking really nice !!
But I'm stuck. I am trying to find Coroplast, but I am confused. The largest size that I have been able to find is 4X8, and the guy I spoke with said I'd have to buy more then one sheet to have enough for the cage I am building (the price was really good though - $12.50/sheet any color - and when I spoke with people who custom ordered they wanted over $100.00 !!)

My cage is 2X4 Grids for two piggies - and I have a half-second floor which I am adding a ramp and putting their food and igloo home at (which I am going to be getting another sheet for) But, I am confused

I thought that with the coroplast it would be one really large sheet, and then it would be cut enough so it could be shaped to fit into the cage (cubes). But if I need more then one sheet, how does that work (does the coroplast have to be attatched somehow?)

From what I understand, the sheets come from the factory at a standard 4' x 8'. I don't know why he told you that you would need more for a 2x4 cage, because he is wrong. I used one sheet for my 2x4 grid cage with a 2x1 grid upper deck. And I had some left over. If you have a larger upper deck, then you will need another sheet, but you won't have to connect them in any way.

I just got mine..and that is the size...you only need
53" x 39" for a 2 x 3 grid cage
68" x 39" for a 2 x 4 grid cage
83" x 39" for a 2 x 5 grid cage
96" x 39" for a 2 x 6 grid cage

I had mine cut to 70x40, and there is PLENTY left over for a 2nd level!

oh and 12.50 is cheap! Mine was $30 a sheet!

When I extended my 3 x 4, I just used duck tape to join the pieces of coroplast together. I overlapped them a bit, and taped. It has lasted without any hint of giving in for over 7 months now.
