Bonding Bonding?

I want another buddy for my 1 year old Shadow.
Do you think she would get along with another pig? The pig I is very young.
Here is her bio thingy:
-steals food
-doesnt like her chin touched
- Wants to be in charged
-hogs her pigloo
I will post more later but
will there be issues?

Some one said that older pigs cant bond with younger pigs is this ture?

Essentially all pigs do better with a companion (of the same sex, or one of them neutered). You will just have to find a pig whose personality is compatible with yours. If possible, find a rescue near you that can help you match up your pig with a friend and help you with introductions. I wouldn't be at all surprised if once your pig is with a friend she becomes much friendlier.

It is generally easiest to introduce an older pig to a younger one. However, two older pigs can often be successfully paired as well.

How big is your cage? The bigger the cage, the better chance they will get along. Also you will need at least two (preferably three) hideys (and preferably with more than one exit). Having multiple food dishes, hay racks, water bottles, etc. will help.

Make sure you are 100% sure of the sex of your pig before introducing her to another one. Also you can't just put them in the same cage, so read up on how to do quarantines and introductions.
