My sow had babies three weeks ago.I brought them to the vet yesterday to get them sexed. It turned out one was a boy snd one a girl. The vet says he cant neuter him for three more weeks,so i have to seperate my two boys( the baby and his father) from his mother and sister. The only problem is the baby father is very bonded with my female and he is neutered so i dont have to seperate him for the girls but i dont want the baby to be alone .Will the seperation ruin my bonded pairs relationship or if i give them lots of floor time together with they still be ok.

thanks,
hail

Your vet is going to neuter a male under 2 months old? I think the adult boar will be fine as long as he has a friend. You don't want the baby to impregnate the sows.

I would put the baby boar with the adult boar and the baby sow with the adult sow, maybe find a good home for the baby boar?

No floortime together. Keep the sexes apart.

I know what you're going through. I had to separate a baby male -without him having company. And it broke my heart hearing him cry for his mom and siblings. On the plus side, it gave me an opportunity to bond with him and teach him to associate human contact with good things.
I recommend housing him with the Dad, that way he isn't lonely. The sow will be fine with the other baby, and even better when the reunion occurs. If you separate without housing with the dad-Make sure he has a hidey house or towel draped: this helps him feel more secure. I had a small stuffed animal in there with my baby boy. You have to make sure there are no whiskers or clothes on it so there's no choking hazard. And I took the baby out at least twice a day for lap time-there can't be any floor time with the girls. If it's at all possible, (with space for the extra cage and all) house him with the Dad until you can rehome him or get him neutered. Good luck with everything.

yes the vett said in three weeks he could neuter the baby.

In three weeks his testicles might not even be descended. This vet is very suspicious. Usually 4 months is the minimum age for neutering.

my vet says that too but i don't have to worry about neutering my pigs cuz i have three girls

well i trust my vet because he netuered my boar charlie and it turned out really good.
