Feet Blood? Please help!

Today I was changing my piggie's fleece, and I put my two girls in a bathtub with some cilantro, and later hay in a tube to chew on. About thirty minutes later I notice small puddles of pink in the bathtub. Naturally I was alarmed! I checked one of my girl's feet and saw that one had some pink stuff on it, but she could have just walked in it. Can someone please help me?

That is so scary! I can't give you any advice and hopefully some of the more experienced members will chime in, but I hope your girl is okay!

Do you see any wounds on the foot where she could have bled from? Did she get a nail caught?
Could it be from her urine or stool?

I'm thinking possibly from the urin since it looked diluted. I'll go double check for wounds.

If you think it's from the urine, it's time for a vet visit. An UTI won't clear up on its own, and can lead to painful struvite stones that stick in the bladder wall.
