Fleece Blizzard fleece not wicking

At this point I'm going slightly crazy. I've lost count on how many times I've washed this darn fleece.. Most likely 5 - 10+ times. I've washed it by itself, just with detergent, just with dawn soap, with dawn soap AND detergent, and with only white vinegar. I also let it sit in vinegar for a few hours. Can anyone help me, I'm out of ideas.

Wash it in very hot water, with very strong detergent, and plenty of bleach. You don't have to be gentle with fleece -- it's nearly indestructible.

I wish I knew. I've bought 4 pieces of fleece. Only 2 wick
So today I bought 4 more pieces. So far no luck. Bleach, ajax, hot water, so far fleece for me is very expensive!! I'm really discouraged.
