Feet Black spots on feet

I can't afford to take my guinea pigs to the vet to get checked, so I'm asking to see if anyone can help me understand something that I noticed; black spots on the bottom of my guinea pigs feet last night. I didn't think anything of it, but today my daugther went to the doctor and they said she had a staph infection. Could this be related or can it be something else?

I doubt that the pigs have contracted her staph infection. Can you take a picture of the spots?
