What nutritional difference is there?

It doesn't matter which grass hay they have. This may be what you are looking for. Guinea Lynx :: Hay Chart I personally feed brome.

I think it doesn't matter really. But I could be wrong. I feed orchard grass as it is softer than the feedstores timothy.

I only feed meadow hay at moment becauase timothy hay where I live is about £5(about $9 or $10) for a 450g bag of oxbow, mind you I think they prefere timothy. I might start feeding it once I have brought this cage(c&c).

Thanks to Princess Angel, Tophica, and Jenni_Feathers.

Your responses were helpful.

So it is alright to feed Orchard and Bermuda, and I should still feed Timothy?

You can feed any type of grass hay as long as it's grass hay. They are all very similar in nutrition. So if you want to try your pigs on a different hay, go for it. See what they like.

My girls get mostly bermuda.
