Play Bell Toy

Hello! New Guinea Pig Owner here.

So I just bought a bell toy from Amazon and my guinea pig LOVES it. However, I am worried that he may reach and choke on the bell since he chews on it so much.

Should I remove the bell or is it safe for him?

if it were me, I'd remove the bell. Your guinea pig probably wouldn't swallow it, but could cut himself if he tried to chew it.

i would make it a treat toy by putting strips of sliced carrots inside. He'd have to roll it around to get the carrots out, which may be fun for him.
