Okay, I've searched for answers and have found af ew but just wanted a clear answer. Can you guys give me some pointers, suggestions and what ever else on bath time. It will be my piggers first time taking a bath! I have shampoo, free of pyrethins. What made it fun or the opposite, stressed your pigs? What are a few tips I should know? You get the point! Thanks!:)

What I do is fill the bath with about an inch of luke warm water. I use a cup to pour water over her back to get her soaked. Then I lather the shampoo in my hands and massage it into her hair, avoiding the face area. Then I wash it all off the same way as I soaked her. Make sure you get all the shampoo out.

Misty doesn't really like bath time and she runs all over the bath whilst I'm cleaning her. Nala used to jump up the sides because she was scared, but I just talked calmly to and tickled behind her ears which she loves, just to calm her down and try and let her know she is safe.

After that, I take her out, dry her gently with a towel and then wrap her in a dry towel to keep her warm and give her cuddles. Then I tend to treat her with a bit of her fave veggies.

I found it easier to put the plug in the bath and use the shower head instead of a cup.

They haven't had floor time for a bit and so I was wondering whether it is ok to let them run around and play with each oher and they don't seem to stressed?

Also, I have abruvians what do you brush them with?

My piggy loves bath time, he just sits there and relaxas. I bathe him in the sink. And I use baby shampoo.

A soft brush works good. If you are really gentle than you can use a pick with white spacings, thats what I use, but you have to be really gentle and start at the bottom of the hair (if there are no knots or anything than there wont be a problem). Also, I use my fingers a lot of the time too, then I can pick out knots, if there are any, and massage them too.

I had bathtime and it went well! At first Charlie freaked out because the water was too deep so I took some out. Then he just sat there looking at me. He enjoyed being shampooed.( Oh, and I have heard that it isn't good to use baby shampoo.)Then I put Moe in and he started to snuggle and jump all over Charlie and then they were just cuddling and playing a bit with each other. Charlie loved being brushed but Moe wasn't that much for it! After, I put Charlie down in his bed, and Moe next to his blanket and they just cuddled down into them! It was sooo cute! Next time I have to get pigtures! :) (I'm still curious for suggestions!)

Don't use baby shampoo. It's too harsh. Use Bunny Bath.
