C&C Are Windows Okay?

Next weekend, I'm starting to build my first C&C cage. I am able to fit a 2 x 8 for my two bunnies to share. My question is, are windows okay? I have the obstacle of two windows, but I'm thinking of resolving this by draping a section of fleece over part of the cage during the winter and keeping the window blinds down in the summer. Our home is moderately temperatured, but I am worrying about the windows. Is this okay?

They shouldn't be in direct sun because it's so easy for them to become overheated. If there aren't any drafts from the windows in the winter, and if the site isn't too hot in the summer, there shouldn't be any problem.

I have my cage in a sun porch type area that has large windows surrouning it(normal height windows just wider). You can buy this plastic you adhere to the edge of the frame then blowdry it tight to stop any drafts. I also throw large blankets over it too because I'm paranoid of cold air getting in lol. I think even just a thick blanket over the window in the winter would help keep drafts to a minimum if it's a concern.
