-block letters - No
-plastic baby toy keys - No

-plastic toys - No
-stuffed animals - Usually Not due to eyes and other things they could chew off and choke on.
-large-xlarge sized cans - Only if you filed and sanded the edges smooth.
-large-xlarge sized glass cups/bowls - No - Ceramic yes
-jenga blocks - No
-pop boxes - Yes

-plastic houses/hutches - Yes
-tennis balls - Yes, but remove if they start chewing it up.
-ping pong balls - No
-makeup mirrors - Depends where you put it, if they can chew on it then no.
-bird toys - Not usually, as with many of these items what matters most is the materials and possible choking.
-paper wad balls - Yes
-toys with bells - Depends, as with many of these items what matters most is whether the materials are toxic, possible choking hazards, entanglement and self induced injuries.

Stuffed animals are fine as long as they don't chew them, but look for the ones that don't have any buttons or hard parts attached. I have a bird mirror, they never bother chewing it and it can hang from the side of the cage. Most of the things are fine (I wouldn't use block letters, jenga blocks, cans, baby toys, or dog toys), but if you notice they are chewing anything that's not wood or they aren't supposed to be chewing it, take it out if their cage.
Here's a great toy idea site: Guinea Pig Toys and Play

plastic baby toy keys - I don't know if a guinea pig would care for them or not but I use to buy them all the time for my rabbits. The rabbits loved to pick them up and fling them around.

-bird toys - Again I don't buy these for my GPs because they don't seem to care for them but I use to buy the wooden and paper ones made for parrots for my rabbits. The rabbits loved them, especially the paper ones.

toys with bells - You can find at the pet store in the cat section solid balls with bells or beads in them. Not the grated kind but solid. I again use to buy them for the rabbits, the GPs don't seem to care.

large-xlarge sized glass cups/bowls - As a food or water dish this is ok. There are some members that use ash trays as feed dishes because the GPs can't tip them over.

stuffed animal - I am in agreement with Ollie on this one. I have a stuffed dog in my guinea pig cage right now. They love to cuddle with it. I bought it at the pet store around Christmas time. I think it was meant as a dog toy.

Just throwing my opinion out there on those few. I agree with everything else mentioned.

I have some baby keys in her cage right now, she doesnt chew on them, she just loves picking them up and throwing them around. She loves her pop box tunnel! and her sock with hay! She also loves toys with bells on them. And she adores lookin at herself in a mirror i have outside the cage. As for the block letters, Ive seen some in peoples cages with their piggies..but idk..and ive seen people make stairs out of the jenga blocks too..but still, idk. Im just tryint o find stuff that is safe for her that she will love! We are planning on moving her into her new cage as soon as my dad can get it built. So im gonna need lots of toys/accessories to fill it up for her!:)

They can have letter blocks as long as they are unpainted and unvarnished.

A bit late replying to this, but craft stores sell unpainted and unvarnished letter blocks for people to paint, so that's the first place I would look! :) They sell other wooden things too, but be careful of items that have pieces that a guinea pig could choke on, or items that are thin enough for the guinea pig to chew off chunks that he/she might choke on.
