They are from Oxbow, which is a pretty good brand. The back says to only give 2 per day at the most.

If they're oxbow, they'll be safe. They actually look like the joint support tablets that I give to Leo. A quick read of the ingredients will tell you a lot.

I give them to Millie and she rips them out of my hand. They seem a bit hard, so I put a little water on them first.

Yes I bought a 4 pack of all the flavors on Amazon. The boys and my hamsters enjoy them. I only do one a day, but may do an extra if I need to lure a guinea pig into a cage after floor time.
