Isntead of buying those big bags of hay are these acceptable? I was thinking the piggers would have fun with them too.

I believe hay cakes are not an acceptable replacement for actual hay.

As long as they are not bad for them, but my piggies dont even eat hay, so I know nothing about hay stuff, so leave it to hay experts.

I don't remember the exact reasons, so I would wait for someone more knowledgeable to reply. But I do remember a few people saying they aren't enough. Also, I imagine piggies have more fun jumping in piles of hay.

You should absolutely provide unlimited grass hay.

Why aren't your pigs eating hay? They need it to help their teeth and to help their digestive systems. Their molars will grow too long without hay to eat. I suggest you get some hay for your pigs before their health suffers.

Hay cakes/cubes are not a suitable replacement. They are fine to add to an unlimited supply of hay. The pigs need the long strands of regular hay to grind to help their teeth. Hay cakes/cubes are made of small pieces of hay compressed together.
